Quesiton about Bounceback offer

Everytime I go to Disney I see the bounceback offers in the rooms. However, I never really paid much attention to them. Anyway, I was wondering if you can book a bounceback offer at a different resort. Say I am staying at AKL when I'm there and there is a bounceback offer and I want to book my next trip do I have to book it at AKL or can I book it for CBR or GF??

I'm assuming that they are all the same. But don't quote me on that.


Also I was wondering if these bounceback offers that offer discounts on rooms if they are better or the same as the ones that Disney is offering now like the 25%-40% off rooms??

The Bounceback sheet will give the % off for each of the resort categories. For example this past August when I did a split stay at the Contemporary and Boardwalk Inn we got the same Bounceback offer in our room at both resorts.

That offer said get 45% off the Disney Deluxe Villa Resorts between these specific dates in 2010. 1/3-1/14/10, 1/18-2/11/10, 2/15-3/27/10, 4/11-7/1/10 and 7/5-9/30/10.

It also said get 40% off the Deluxe Resorts for these specific dates in 2010. 1/3-1/14/10, 1/18-2/11/10, 2/15-3/27/10, 4/11-7/1/10, 7/5-11/23/10 and 11/28-12/24/10.

Now I am not sure what % off they had at the Value and Moderate Resorts because they were not listed, however if you called the extension number printed on the Bounceback sheet and told them the booking code I am sure the Cast Member will also look up those resort categories.

Also, you can modify your booking after you check-out.

You can change:

~The dates (assuming they are included in the BB offer)

~The resort

~Even cancel (At least 5 days prior to arrival for a room-only booking), all without a penalty.

I traded into BWV thru RCI so did not pay any cash for the room yet I had the bounceback offer in my room. Hope that helps.

Also does anyone know if you can book 2 different vacations with those bounceback deals or can it only be one?? The reason I'm asking is b/c my family might be going in Sept and and I'm hoping I can sweet talk my hubby in letting us go again next Jan!

You can book more than 1 bounceback, but the odds of a bounceback for Jan 2012 being offered in January 2011 is very slim. At the very best it would go till mid December 2011 (if they offer one at all, that is).

Giggles I didn't even think about the whole booking into 2012 thing. Well if all works out and I can book a bounceback for Sept then when I'm there in Sept I can book a bounceback for Jan that is if Disney doesn't already have a good offer up on their website!

most of the time the bounceback offer that is given for Sept is a free dining offer. You can already book a free dining offer through WDW's website for Sept 2011 right now.

Thanks for the tip but I don't care for the dining plans. I don't like having to be told where I can and can't eat. All I care about are room discounts!!!
