Ques. About when to customize magic bands

Booked our trip through dreams unlimited. TA has said that I was all set with using MDE and when the time comes I can customize the magicbands. When I go to MDE I see that the magicbands have been ordered. Are they sent to me in the mail or do I get them when we check into the resort. When am I able to customize them? Not sure what the travel agent meant by when the time comes. MDE also asks for my address. Was afraid to enter my address because I wasn't sure if travel agent sends them or if I am supposed to put in my address and WDW sends them. Thanks for any clarification and help.

Disney sends them. Go ahead and confirm your address and you should be able to pick a color/name for each band. They are typically sent right around 30 dyas before the start of your Disney trip.
