Queen Clarion

My daughter and I watched TinkerBell the movie 2 nights ago and I've decided that I am going to dress up as Queen Clarion for Halloween. My daughter is going to be TinkerBell. I have a yellow bridesmaids gown from my sisters wedding 2 years ago, (crosses fingers it still fits) and I just bought a pair of fairy wings from a costume shop. the wings are purple pink and green any ideas on what to add to make the costume look more like Queen Clarion.
Here is a (no so good) picture of the dress, do you think I should add anything to it and do you think I can spraypaint the wings without ruining them?
