When I try to log on to the website I get redirected back to the log on page. It doesn't indicate that I used an invalid ID or password. I'm using the same ones I have used all along. :confused3

Perhaps you should ask this on the tech support board?

Since you were able to post the question, you were able to log on to the DIS. I am going to address the question as a DVC login.

I just tried www.dvcmember.com and got in fine. So first I would try again to make sure that it wasn't a DVC problem that is now fixed.

Second - do you usually get that pop-up box asking if you can go to an unsecured site? I always get it and type yes. If you answer no then it will not send you to the system.

Third - do you have your preferences set such that it will not even try to go to an "unsecure" site.

Other than that I would call MS and ask them if something is wrong with you password.

Here or the DVC site?

I thought OneMoreTry meant he was having DIS boards problems, hence my tech board suggestion. But now that I see what Robin posted it does make more sense that it's the DVC site.

I will have to call MS.

When I sign in with the wrong password I get the sign-on page again with a red line of text "Please reenter user name and password." Same when I try an invalid ID.

When I use the correct ID and passwd I get the box about an unsecure site. I check "yes, proceed" and then I end up back at sign-on (without the red text).

The problem with calling is that I'll have to speak with ten people who have no idea what I'm talking about, then ten more who understand but don't know what to do. Until I finally reach someone who listens, understands and knows the solution. :badpc:

...by the way its "Que es EL problema?":goodvibes

Actually, the correct grammar would be "Cuál es el problema?", since in spanish "Qué es ..? " is used mostly for questions about a meaning or definition. Don't forget your accents when asking a question :teacher:

do you have your cookies enabled? If not even if you enter the right password it may route you back to the sign on page.
