Good Morning!

Just a quick note, since my internet keeps going out every little while.
Dd gave birth yesterday to a beautiful baby girl, 7 pd 5 oz, 23 inches long.
Her name is Sloane Estelle. I can’t wait to meet her in a day or two.

Congratulations!!!!! You're going to have so much fun!

Vacation is coming up, 2 wks. from today . I work this coming weekend and then I requested to work the following weekend also so I get my hours in and avoid taking PTO.

Mia started her little soccer league last night. I was working so Bailey sent me videos. A parent needs to go on the field with them so Evan went out. She only pouted once and Evan had to give her a pep talk at some point. Other than that, Bailey said all she did was run around the field kicking the ball. I said "well, that is the point of soccer" .

Please keep my cousin and his family in your prayers. Their son tragically passed away almost 2 weeks ago out of state. He was in Colorado to see a concert with his friends and a couple of them decided to go hiking. He's big into the outdoors and goes hiking often. He lost his footing and fell into a gorge. It took a week to fly him back to Cincinnati. His funeral was yesterday, left behind his wife and 2 kids. It was such a sad funeral, I can't even imagine how my cousin and his wife are feeling.

Getting new gutters on the house this week, yeah ! This is a much needed replacement.

Good morning. Another beautiful 80 degree day (we got to 76 yesterday). We do need some rain, though there's none in sight in the 7 day forecast. Temps will start climbing again by Sunday. It was nice enough to keep the windows open yesterday. The only thing I accomplished was using the carpet cleaner on a few spots the cats made.

I knew I didn't feel good yesterday, but when I was asleep last night by 11 and slept until 9 this morning, that was a sure sign. I'm back to normal this morning (as normal as I get, lol) so maybe it was a 24 hour bug.

Took the trash down to the street and watered everything. Put clean bird feeders up and scrubbed the birdbaths. Tiger is sitting on the arm of the chair. She sat there most of yesterday. I even went out and picked her up and put her on one of the padded chairs on the deck, and she promptly jumped down and went right back to the arm of the other chair, lol. Cats are silly.

Apparently it's everyone else's fault except her own. Summer can't find the money (or anyone to loan it to her) to get that car. The guy is telling her he needs to know, he has 3 other people interested (sales tactic 101) so she's whining that she'd going to lose out on it. It's no one's fault but their own, because they have no credit and don't know how to budget or manage money.

Good morning. It is 59 here now with temps heading to the upper 70s. Nice weather. It looks like it will be getting warmer next week. I went to Kenny's for dinner last night. He told me that his attorney said everything will be settled at the hearing this week. And that will be it. I pray it is so. I pick up the kids at camp on Friday so I get to see them.

Good morning.

I'm posting while I have a chance as my internet has been out since Monday. Hopefully my birthday present will be Comcast actually showing up and fixing the lines into my house.

I had my "memorial" banana split yesterday. My grandmothers birthday was Monday and mine is today so every year since she passed away I go to Friendly's and get a Jim Dandy in her memory. I had planned on going to Lancaster today for my free breakfast but unfortunately fate had other ideas. Comcast is supposed to be here between 10 and 12 to fix the internet and Ella needs me to follow her to the mechanic as her check engine light came on again and then take her to work where she is meeting friends. They are going to Great Adventure for the day. I hope one of them gives her a ride home after. I'm going to try and see my dad this afternoon. It has been awhile and he is getting a little down. The puppy has lifted his spirits though. She sees the vet this morning and mom will have the necessary paperwork for the rehab so she can keep bringing her in. Mom said she is already learning commands and potty training is going well. She has conceded that Spirit is going to be a bigger dog than she thought. I could have told her that, the pup's paws are large.

Not much else going on around here. Before I lose my signal I will be going but hope you all have a great day.

Good morning. Another sunny 80 degree day. Heading out to do errands shortly as soon as I get Samsung to figure out why I can't change the ringtone for my alarm. I set it on the new phone last night and woke up to some odd sound that barely woke me. There is no ringtone option under the sound settings for the alarm.
