Good morning.

First, I agree with everyone else that Pea is our source for 'go to information', and I know we all appreciate it.

Next- @Snowysmom Kenny's ex should have voiced her concerns before the arbitration was finalized. I hope no one lets her change it. It dragged on long enough and he deserves to have 50/50 custody

It's sunny, going to be 85 today, and 90 tomorrow. The haze from the Canada wildfires is already making itself known. I'm going to close up and put the ac on very shortly (for the first time this year).

I got all the yard work done yesterday and that should hold it until the end of the week. Calling for rain Friday and Saturday. I knew I was tired last night, but I was asleep by 11:30 and slept until 7:30 am. I can't remember the last time I actually slept 8 hours without waking up once, lol

I had gotten some plastic clips for the tomato plants, and I put a couple of them on yesterday to hold the stems upright. They seem to be working so far.

Lily has an interview at the place Don worked at for 13 years. Now she's switched from wanting to study marine biology to special education. She barely made it through 1 year of college, so she's got big dreams to fill. I don't think she realizes the kind of work she's going to have to do with mentally and physically challenged adults. It will be a real life lesson for her if they offer her the job (which I'm sure they will, Don's name still pulls a lot of weight there, lol)

Going to make some breakfast then empty out the fridge and do a good deep cleaning while I have the ac going.

We lived in Dayton, Ohio for 23 years and when we were there, I won this needle work picture one year from the Cincinnati zoo. Although we didn’t live in Cincinnati, I kept this on my kitchen wall when we lived in Dayton, but now we live in New Jersey, and I Have decided to get rid of it.

If anyone here would like this if you send me your address, I will mail it to you.

While we lived in Ohio, I worked as an adjunct professor at the university of Cincinnati in blue Ash. We did go to Reds games, but I’ve always been a Phillies fan at heart. We loved the Cincinnati festivals like tall stacks. I think this needlework does mention Things that people like about Cincinnati.

Lynn You are so busy as usual. I hope you get some rest. I hope Lily does find her way in life to what she really wants to do. Kenny's ex has to accept the terms as this is binding arbitration. She and Kenny both said what they wanted and the arbitrator put together the plan he felt was best especially for the kids. She was a bit forward to ask for a change to a binding agreement.

Good morning. It will be a warm one today, in the 80s. I walked at the lake yesterday. A couple of dragonflies would fly in front of me or around a few times while I was walking. I am glad to see them again. Rain is coming in Friday and then off and on for the next several days. I keep looking at the 10 day forecast for cruise and embarkation day looks to be warm and sunny. A good way to sail out of Boston. Nova Scotia weather looks to be around 70-72 during the day and mid 50s at night.

Good sunny, on the way to 90 degrees day. They said we would have the haze from the wildfires in Canada yesterday and today, but it's been perfectly clear. Heading for the market in a few to get errands done before the heat sets in. It was nice enough yesterday that I didn't turn the AC on, but today may be different.

@Snowysmom I realize it was a binding arbitration, but she's found everything else the whole time, so I figured she won't be happy no matter what happens. I'm just glad Kenny is getting equal custody, IMO it's what's best for the kids, and that's what really matters.

Having an issue with an Ebay seller. Bought an item 10 days ago, to be delivered June 4-10'th. I've messaged the seller 6 times asking for a definite shipping date, haven't gotten 1 response. Contacted Ebay 2 days ago and they advised me to cancel the transaction. I did, and yesterday the seller refused to cancel. Yet the item still hasn't been shipped. I was on the phone with Ebay for an hour at midnite last nite, they kept saying call back tomorrow. It was tomorrow at that point. They refused to help, so I filed a complaint with Paypal. In 24 years on Ebay, I've never encountered a seller who refused to respond and refused to ship. I'm going to stop using Ebay if they don't take action against sellers who do this to customers. The seller has 100% feedback, but I also suspect they have 2 different Ebay seller names. Same city, same state, exact same listing for the item I bought, which shows as out of stock after I bought one. So annoying.

Well, our trip is cancelled. I am not sure why, but my system is regressing. I was fine for weeks, now no. I see my surgeon next week. Not sure if I should go to my primary.

Dear Snowysmom and Dear Lynn, prayers for the kids indeed. Their well being is indeed all that matters. Snowysmom, low 70's can feel cool but hopefully not cold. I pray you enjoy a wonderful time. Lynn, extra hug and how frustrating. I'm sorry you had that experience and especially so late, yikes!

Lynn Sorry you are having issues with the Ebay seller. Can you do a chargeback if you don't get the item?

Good morning. It is 63 here now with temps heading into the upper 80s. Too warm for me. My NH friend and I had a good chat yesterday about the cruise. Our main concern is finding parking spaces at Logan Express. At least the one we go to has an overflow area. We never had trouble before but I see on the website they are saying no guarantees for spaces as they are busy. They have said this before so I will monitor it. We are just looking forward to relaxing and sightseeing.

I'm trying. Filed a claim with Paypal, they say I should expect my money back by June 24 (full month after I bought the item). Still no response from seller, despite Ebay and Paypal contacting them.

Good morning. Sunny and 86 today. It got to 93 yesterday and when I got home from errands and shopping, I gave in and turned the ac on. Within 10 minutes it felt so nice in here. I left it on until late last night and turned it off. May or may not need it today.
Summer came grocery shopping with me yesterday. I found out all kinds of news. Found out that the reason Lily is looking for a new job is because Walmart fired her, with no legitimate cause. Walmart works on some kind of point system and if you get more than 5, they have cause to fire you. She only had 3 points, but they told her that her work was sub par. This despite last week posting on FB what an amazing employee she was. Lily had an interview yesterday with the place Don worked as a manager at, and pending the background check, she'll be hired as a floater until they have a full time position. She has also found another apartment, much closer to everything, about 5 minutes from Summer's house, lol. Summer invited me to go to OC with her, Gracie and Gracie's boyfriend at the end of June for 3 days, but I passed. Going to the beach with 2 teenagers isn't my thing, lol.
I don't need to do yardwork today, laundry is already in, so I have to find something else to do. I did buy my ticket to see Jurassic Park Rebirth on July 2'nd already.

This morning Tom and I took a tentative bike ride, just to try them. We determined some adjustments that needed to be made. I found that my balance was good enough. I look forward to bike rides again!

We are rescheduling our trip to Ohio and West Virginia. I have contacted some friends, and we’ve made some dinner plans.
