Taz Beautiful picture of the rainbow. A good sign for you. Happy Birthday to Jim.
Bobbiwoz Have a great trip. Sounds like fun.
@flyingdumbo127 It is nice that you are continuing your walks and making progress.
Good morning. It is a cool breezy day so far. Temps are supposed to stay in the 60s which is nice. I have been to get flowers for Jeff and Aimee for their anniversary that was Friday. I walked around the complex. I will be heading out to Jeff's house in a bit. Yesterday I made a pot of pasta fagioli which I will be dinner for the week. I am trying to eat a bit better and so cooking more from scratch. Next weekend I am looking at making egg noodles with grilled chicken, peppers, broccoli, onion, and mushroom. That will get me at least 3 meals. Cooking for one each night is tough but if I cook on the weekend for the week it is easier.
On the medicare front, I have not had to sign up for part B yet as I am working full time and still covered by my employer's plan. That is why in January I am signing up for Part B, and once accepted and all is good, I will get a supplement plan that the advisor told me would be the best for me. Then I can opt out of my employer plan for May 1 and then think about a date to retire if I still decide to for 2025. I hope to be able to find enough to do to be able to retire. Right now working keeps me busy. I need to think about a good retirement celebration trip too.
Have a good day.
