I didn't mind restrooms at all. In fact, I prefered restrooms to streets
I just got chosen for QSF&B. I'm really disappointed and upset. I had hyped up the idea of the BBB so much that now I'm not sure if I should wait and re-apply or just go ahead and go next semester![]()

What are the chances of being assigned to an outdoor cart? I really like that idea, because I feel like it would have more guest interaction. Also, if you are assigned to carts, will you move around a lot. For instance, I know that QSFB get sent to other areas a lot. Would there be a chance of moving from a cart to a restaurant, or would you mostly stay at a cart?
You'll have plenty of chances for extra hours.
It's pretty much like every other role- it's what you make of it
Thanks Derrick- Very helpful!!oh and as far as guest interaction...
Custodial has the highest guest interaction of them all in my opinion...because as custodial when you put on that white costume you are a walking ride times billboard/restoom directions/guest services/lost kid/lost parent/resturant advice/parade time sheet person...
As custodial doing the trash runs is the lowest priority on your list of jobs... to be honest highest priority is guest service...
guests ask you constant questions because as custodial we do so little that we are the easiest accessible of all the cast members.
but its all what you make it of course... you can be one of those custodial members that no one sees and hangs out in the break room all the time... but i dont recommend it.
Oh like i said before... even if you are doing your job and out in the park all the time... you will hardly see a manager haha its a very individual job...
i went a week once without seeing a manager haha no exaggeration
Okay, I have stopped being such a crybaby and now I've decided to accept (provided my financial aid comes through!) -- I'm pretty excited!
What are the best places to work QS? I'd like a fun job but maybe not one that will be always packed. I heard MK gets scary and so do the huge places like Sunshine Seasons in Epcot.
What are your best suggestions? I heard we have a chance to pref, but it isn't guaranteed. Bonus points for cute costumes!I'm a girl, yanno. Haha
My daughter is at Beach Club Resort (deployed alot also to Port Orleans and Caribbean) and loves working there and all of her co-workers and managers. It never gets too crazy at all at the resort QSFB locations except maybe for All Stars and Pop.
I'm from New Orleans, so I'm interested in Port Orleans! Does she ever feel left out of the magic being at a resort?
