QS DDP Question

Our upcoming Mickey's World adventure will start with a drive from our home to an off-property hotel. The next morning, we will go straight to one of the parks w/o going to our on-property resort (where we will spend the rest of our stay). We have the QS DDP and I'm wondering if there are any complications with using our entitlements in the parks before actually checking in to our room. We will use the online check-in, if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for sharing your expertise!

I think that you may need your magic bands in order to use the DP, but if you already have those then you should be fine to use your plan before physically going to your hotel.

Make sure you use online check-in for your resort, and you should have no problems.

If you do run into a problem at a restaurant, just charge the meal back to your room, then go to the desk at your resort and they'll straighten it out for you.
