QS credit for character dining

I remembering several years ago you could use 2QS credits for a character meal. Is this still true?

No, only TS credits can be used. You can convert TS to QS, but not the other way around.

Actually that has never been true. It must have been a rumor or something that floated around the internet, because Disney has never allowed it.

Personally, I never tried it, but I remember reading it somewhere......
