Since Flame Tree BBQ will be closed while we are there:sad2: I am wondering what is the next best QS to eat at. We will be on the DDP and have DH, myself and DD age 3. She is not a picky eater though and will eat almost anything! So where would you go and why?

Well, I hate both Chinese food and barbecue. I'd say Restaurantosaurus has slightly better theming although Pizzafari has slightly better food ... as a bonus, both have A/C.

I picked Restaurantosaurus mostly because on our last trip we ate at Pizzafari and I, personally, like to alternate between the two. But if the Picnic in the Park is available, I'd do that.

I'd have to go with Pizzafari. It's inside, the food is not bad, and the decor is fun.

I voted Pizzafari. We always eat at Pizzafari. Hmm . . . maybe we should try something else.

Pizzafari. The food is decent. Typical Disney pizza, but they have a lot of seating and it's in the AC which is an added bonus...especially at AK where it seems like it's 10 degrees hotter than the rest of Florida! :)

I chose Pizzafari for the decent food (kids will do the pizza), the Italian sandwich is not bad. The AC is great as well as the different room themes/decor. My kids love the art.

We like Restaurantasaurus. When in AK this is our lunch spot. I usually get my burger here and pile tons of mushrooms on it.
Also they had the best chocolate mousse dessert here last Dec.

Another plus is it is AC if it is hot outside, yet if weather is cooler you can sit outside.
It is tucked away and have never had crowd issues where we had to search for a seat. I like that.

Another vote for Pizzafari! We usually go to Flame Tree, but Pizzafari is a good 2nd choice. :thumbsup2 Went to Yak & Yeti in October and was extremely disappointed. Way too expensive for below average food.

Of the places you mentioned, I prefer Pizzafari, but none of them are that great. I don't like the Yak & Yeti counter service location, and Restaurantosaurus is just bland. Pizzafari has a nice sandwich, and the pizzas come with Caesar salads.

I voted for Pizzafari. My partner is vegetarian, so this is the best CS option for us in AK. For the meat eaters, the Italian sandwich is pretty good, and big. MIL & I split one last trip and it was enough food for the two of us.

Tamu Tamu refreshments - ACROSS the street from Tuskerhouse, by the bathrooms. They had the best turkey sandwich last time. Dd ate the whole thing and it was large. They also had milkshakes for a drink with the sandwich. With the AK heat that was a bit of a disaster but anyway.

Here is the menu from All Ears:

Cheeseburger Basket - served with apple slices or chips $6.59

Turkey and Swiss on Focaccia - served with apple slices or chips $7.79

Tuna Salad Pita - served with apple slices or chips $7.99

Milk Shake - Chocolate or Vanilla $3.99

Chocolate Mousse $3.59

Sodas - Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, Barq's Root Beer, Minute Maid Light Lemonade $2.19

Dasani Bottled Water $2.50

Thanks! So far this sounds like a very possible option. My DH was so dissappointed that Flame Tree would be closed. He was looking foward to BBQ:sad1: But I like the sound of the Tuna Pita for me and the DD.
