Qs about Mickey's house & TTMM

Mickey's House will be closed for refurbishment from Sept 27. How does that effect his appearance during Toon Town Morning Madness ? Does Mickey still come out as usual to meet and greet the kids during TTMM ?

He should still be out for meet and greets, just not at his house. When I did MTTMM last September all of the Toontown characters (Mickey, Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Donald Duck, Chip & Dale) started out on the streets in various locations for meet and greets and photos. Mickey didn't head to his house until after the little show they put on. I would think with his house being closed he would be at some other location in Toontown, but still there.

Yeah, I agree.

When we did Morning Madness last year Mickey was actually waiting near the entrance. We were first to come in and he pretty much ran towards us to hug me.

My friend was very amused to see the look on my face. When you're maneuvering in an ECV and are not used to it the last thing you need is a mouse of that size running towards you.

Just in case you don't know -- Mickey is out on Main Street quite a bit. We usually see him right after you go through the tunnels.

I do not know about Mickey but:
When Minnie's house was closed last year. She was out for TTMM and to meet and greet for a little bit. Then they moved her to Main Street she was not in toon town during the day.

Mickey and Minnie were both on mainstreet alot when we were there two weeks ago. Many other characters out and about this year.
