Anyone tried this? I tried to sign up, but after I submitted my credit card info it said the transaction was being declined because my shipping address is not the same as the billing address for my credit card!!! Anyone else able to do this offer or encounter the same problem? :confused3
 
I did this one and it worked fine. Credited fast as well. I've had that happen to me before and i'm not sure why it's rejected. Maybe give it a try again!
 
I did this one and had no problem. Do you have a PO Box? Sometimes online places will question my card because I put down a PO Box instead of an actual address.
 
It turns out I used the wrong phone number - we have two -- and that was the reason for the error message!!! I tried signing up for another offer and was refused so I called the credit card company. I was sent to the fraud department :scared1: and asked a series of very detailed security questions! I am glad they were being so cautious and I will certainly be more careful in the future!! :dance3:

Oh, and I signed up for two offers so far and hope to sign up for more!! Last year I signed up for 0 offers but seeing all the feedback on DIS and now on QR's blog makes it so much easier/less scary!!
 

I tried to cancel today. Sent them an email that they requested. Have not heard from them yet as to whether I am officially cancelled....No email confirmation yet....

Let me know how everyone else does cancelling.

I TRIED to cancel but when I clicked "submit" nothing happened!! I am interested in knowing how it worked for others!

Okay - instead of canceling after logged into the site, I went to the sign-up page and then clicked on the "contact us" button on bottom of page and was able to complete sending my cancellation, I hope!! :teeth:
 
I tried to cancel and it kept saying done with errors. I pushed that submit button about 10 times so if they went through they will be like who is this freak. :) I will try again today and try to send them a letter today just to make sure.
 
I cancelled using their online form. Haven't gotten a confirmation cancellation email yet. I asked for one. I'll post if one comes!

I was getting the same message!! I tried again at thegrantassistant.com and went to "contact us" and filled the same form out from there and it went through! I have not received an e-mail confirmation yet, though.

That's where I was when I got that comment. Under contact us. And there doesn't seem to be anywhere else to contact them. I will send a letter today and try to continue online. This is the hardest one to cancel so far.
 
The problem with this one is that you do not know if you successfully cancelled! It did say, I believe, that is said it may take up to 5 days to cancel.... Still waiting...
