QR Numbers Contest---I had a theory

In taking guesses for the QR numbers game I was using my birthday, my grandson's birthdate, anything that popped into my head.

I started to keep track of all the numbers that were the correct answers for the QR Numbers game. I was figuring that once the numbers were chosen, the chance of them being chosen again were slim so I was going over my list and choosing from there. Not very scientific......but sometimes I was close in my calculations.

Well.........THAT theory got blown out of the water today.

Today's 12PM answer was 247. 247 has already been the answer 2 times before, one of which was yesterday. Yesterday when it was a repeat, I figured it was a fluke.

So.........not looking for any trade secrest here but how do you choose your guess?? Just curious.

Usually it's the first number that I think of. I figure my odds of guessing correctly and getting the 1,000 points are pretty low anyway.

I just lurk around a few boards and wait until someone narrows the range down or tells me the answer. When I don't have time for that I just pull a number out of the air and try it.

But on Sunshine Rewards I once tracked the location of the dollar sign on the Scratch Off game for about 62 days in a row trying to come up with an algorithm to solve it. Unfortunately, I suck at math so all I ended up with was another useless spreadsheet.

My husband swears there is a pattern to netwinner.... and I've started noticing things about that game too. It seems we get a lot of double numbers on the last two double digit buttons... so it'll be 10 45 67 67 3, and it happens in those positions WAY too often!

As for the number game.. I have a few numbers which I use a lot ... 412, and any number including those numbers. I sometimes put my number in right away, sometimes I wait till some people here have put in numbers. Depends on how I feel. I was getting really annoyed the other day because I noticed it's always the same people who put our numbers up, and I know there are other people here playing who just won't ever be nice, play early, and help us out! Whatever... I'll keep putting my numbers on here.
