QR Cash Out questions

Hi! I'm ready to submit my first "cash out" with QR, and I'm kind of stuck. I have the cash out window open, and I know that since I'm asking for Disney gift cards that I should ask for xx stacks of $25 GCs and provide my mailing address, but where do I put all this information? Do I type it in the window in the section with "Extra:" on it?

Also, Dmitry if your listening, or to anyone else who knows, can I request a Disney GC for a larger amount than $25 or is that the only way you can get them?

I was clueless when I cashed out too but he told me to just put what I wanted in the box and he would do the rest.

Go to the cashout section and scroll all the way down until you see a box. In that box write that you want Disney Dollars, the amount and your full name and address. Dmitry

Yes, you type all of your information in the 'extra' box. I cashed out $100 in Disney gc's and in the 'extra' box I asked for a $100 gc instead of 4 X $25. Just type specifically what you would like and then your full name and mailing address. QR processes these very quickly and Dmitry always sends me an e-mail letting me know when he ordered the gc's.
