QR - can't access??

I just tried to access Quick Rewards site and got a page that states my IP address is not being allowed to view the page - has this happened to anyone else today?? I have never had any problems accessing this site until today - yesterday was fine - no problem.

Got in earlier this morning, before 7 West Coast Time, but then was unable to get in, just as you have described.
