QR balance zeroed out...this ever happen to anyone??

I went to do my daily clicks this morning and everything across the board, my balance, QP and coins were all at 0. Has this ever happened to anyone? I'm going on a trip soon and wanted a gift card to bring and was alost there. I hope this gets resolved.

Must be a system thing then. Makes me feel a little bit better, not that I'm happy you lost your money. Hopefully it gets resolved soon!

Mine is still zero

Mine is still showing zero too. I did go to my account and see my balances, but it still showed zero in the top right corner. There weren't many clicks either, not like there normally is. No hourly clicks.

It's weird that it is only happening to some people. And also sometimes when I go into "my account" it has my balance and sometimes that has zero as well, but the home page always has zero for me. And most of the clicks are missing and say complete. Also this morning I did the trivia and had the correct answer and it told me I was wrong. But I'm not too concerned about that.

Here's the reply I got to my email:

HI,
Don't worry the account will be back to normal later today. We are upgrading the login system(some members had issues logging in with some browsers). This will be back in a few hours and your total will be back. Even though you are seeing 0,0,0 if you do to OFFER HISTORY you will see all your transactions there. Let me know if you have any questions. Everything is tracking fine even though you seeing 0.

They say it is running 100% now but I still don't have all of my clicks yet AND I lost almost all of my money except 89 cents, they said I cashed it out with paypal but I didnt. I was going for a Disney gift card for my trip. I'm waiting to hear back to see what happens now.

It's actually running better than it ever has for me.

Sorry about your "cashout" - Dmitry and staff always work hard (and quickly) to resolve issues, so I'm sure they'll figure it out for you!

When you see the $0.00 on QR it means that you are not properly logged in. There have been several posts on other boards about this. They suggest that you log out and then log back in, close that browser window and try to login in a new window, and dump your Temporary Internet files and cookies.

Some people who are having trouble getting logged in using Internet Explorer are having better luck using Firefox.
