I can't find anything that matches. I found something saying she was Miss Nevada in 1959, but Nevada is not a choice...

According to Wikipedia, it says Mary-Ann was a Kansas farm girl, so that's what I'm going to go with. I couldn't find anything else about her. Here's the link:

I just asked DH and he said Kansas - without me giving him any of the choices. So I guess I'm going with Kansas also.
