It's Buena Vista Trading Company.

Disney Vacation Club is actually comprised of several different companies, each of which has a different function.

DVC manages members vacation reservations
DVD (Disney Vacation Development) manages construction and sales
BVTC does some of the exchanges.

There are some other groups but I can't recall any others right now.
