Q & C vouchers????

We are going to Disney for Cheerleading Nationals in March. We are all traveling on a package with the option of buying extra Q&C vouchers for $12.75 each...any opinions and advice would be great!!!

I will be traveling with my DS14, DD12, DD9. I am sure my DS will be off with the girls on his team. I thought it might be easier for him!!!!

I would only purchase them if you either plan on sharing one between two people, or your kids eat a lot. The vouchers include drink, entree w/side, and dessert...that's quite a bit of food. In most cases you will at least break even, in others you will save a few dollars. Plus it is a convenience to have kids use them instead of carrying around a lot of cash. If you buy them and don't use them all, you can always sell them on ebay (and probably get double your money back!)

We used them last time we went (at that time we bought them through the Hotwire Savings Club for like $11.00). Lots of times you just break even but I liked the idea of having meals prepaid and you could order whatever you wanted for the meal. I think $12.75 is not a bad deal on these. If you can get extra let me know - I would love to buy some from you. We are going the first week in March.

If you eat at Beaches & Cream, Cosmic Rays (only if you order ribs/chicken combo), Pepper Market, or resort food courts, you will save money by using these. I believe anyone in your family could use these, as there is no age requirement. We used 2 between 4 of us at all the above places (we are 2 adults, 2 children). We didn't even need extra sides.

If you are looking at them strictly for convenience, then I'd say go for it. Some of the vouchers that are sold to groups exclude Pepper Market and Beaches & Cream and that is where you get the most value for them. Just a heads up.

You're lucky to have the voucher option. I agree with the other posts. It's a good deal if you don't mind sharing a meal. The portions will be plenty it just depends on where and what you'll be eating. I miss the options there used to be to purchase these. A great deal in my opinion.
