Q about cakes at CRT

We are celebrating my dd's 6th birthday at CRT. She doesn't really like the Cinderella Slipper cake. Her favorite princess is Ariel, then Sleeping Beauty. She also likes the fairies. Can we get a cake that is themed for one of these characters instead? Will they do any character? How much control do you have over what you order?
