I was going to put my 6day PHP on my room key, but probably won't be using up all 6 days on this trip. I know normally unsused days never expire, but how does this work when you put them on the room key? Also probably won't use any of the PLUS options this trip either. Is it still possible to save those unused days?

Yes, you'll still be able to use your days. Just be sure you save the room keys. You don't have to turn your keys back in like you do at some hotels. The magnetic strip will make your key work as a park pass when you return.

We have put the php on our room cards. The only problem is that the next time you go you will end up with another set of room cards. We always carry over days. We do the 7 day plus 4 options We got them in April and used 4 days plus 2 options. We just went back for 4thof July and used the rest. We had tokeep track of both sets of cards this time. It can be done, but it can also be a pain keeping up with them.

I am so glad to hear that it's possible. The cardboard php's are so flimsy, and I'm paranoid that they will get lost or destroyed - I feel a lot more comfortable with the room-key option.
