Are there any other Pushing Daisies fans here?
I'm usually on the teen boards but there are only 4 or 5 other fans and no one else seems interested.
This is my absolute fav. show ever!
If you haven't seen it, it's on at 8:00 on Wednesdays on ABC. PLEASE WATCH IT! It's such an amazing show but it's not getting the credit it deserves!
There are full episodes and a recap on http://abc.go.com/primetime/pushingdaisies/index?pn=index

For those who already know how awsome this show is, feel free to discuss your fav. parts or lines from the show.
Thanks!:flower3:

Yes! I love this show. One of the very few shows I made a point to be home to watch last season. So funny and quirky!

I like PD. I read on Yahoo there was a chance it may be canceled. I hope not.

It is the only show we never miss. We have watched from the very first episode. It is clever and funny and we have our whole extended family hooked on it too.
I think the show will do better now that Olive is out of the convent. That was a not so great idea.

Yeah i missed having Olive around, it just seemed like Ned didn't care that she was gone too much either!

I like this show a lot. Sadly, I just haven't been as excited about it since the new season started. I guess absence didn't make the heart grow fonder. :confused3 I do think I'll check it out tomorrow night though.

YAY!:cool1: :cool1: :cool1:  :flower3:

P.S. So far, the first season seems better that the second but still, it needs to be watched.

It's a great show and I'll be tremendously disappointed if it gets cancelled.

I kept trying to watch it last year and kept forgetting to, so last month my DD15 and I rented Season One (it's only nine episodes) and were hooked by the time we watchedthe "Pie-lette"

It's clever and campy and sweet and has a fabulous cast.

(and we get to watch it a day ahead of you guys!)

ahh! no fair!
;)

I love this show. I was thinking it was even better than last year. It is just so different, not predictable like every other show on TV.

I love the Aunts, I hope we see more of them this year.

I love that show!! I didn't realize the season had started though..oops. Guess I have something to catch up on now. Seems like all the good shows end up getting canceled. I liked Journeyman and that one is toast now.

If you like this show you need to check out a show called Wonderfalls. It was canceled a few years ago but it is available on DVD. There will be an eposode of Pussing Daisies later this year with a crossover of Wonderfalls. Any fans of Dead Like Me will also notice that the pie emaker used Happy Time Temp Agency to get a job to go undercover in an episode of Pushing Daisies earlier this season.

I love Pushing Daisies too! Last year we went to Disneyland and then I wanted to do a tour of the Warner Brothers Studios too. Well that's also where they film Pushing Daisies. The tour guide showed us the pie whole and the morgue and that candy store that was in it last season. It was really cool!

I like it too but heard that they are pulling the show off the air.:confused3

Nope, not yet. It isn't getting good enough ratings to stay on the air, but they've not decided to cancel it so far.

IMO, the policy by many of the networks to only offer repeat showings of episodes of primetime drama series online makes it hard for new shows to catch on.

Lots of people won't watch episodes on the internet, so if they miss the first few episodes of a new series they never get a chance to catch up. And why do they wait until just before the new viewing season starts to release the previous season on DVD? Why not give people the opportunity to watch them over the summer when there's nothing on?
