"Infants", or those under the age of 3, do not receive a luggage tag. We traveled in November shortly after they'd updated the luggage tags and my then 2-year-old did not receive one. I has assumed this may be the case, and called Disney beforehand. They confirmed she would not receive one with her MagicBand.

I logged in to do our MB yesterday and saw purple and wondered how I had not seen it posted on the DIS yet and figured I must have missed it with my focus on Club Villian stalking!! So excited - DD and I both have s purple one on the way!! (We customized 4 sets of MB yesterday for our upcoming trip and APs..added the year this time to my name so that we could remember how old they were and to discard after 2 years to avoid missing ride photos)

I did an upgrade to the new passes on my trip a few weeks ago and that popped up new bands to customize.

Dumb question, DH purchased a MB, do we still get a free one? He has the Luke Skywalker one but I haven't linked it yet. Just wondering if he doesn't get a MB do we still get the luggage tags? (We do have a package booked) I was thinking about purchasing a MB but now I may just get purple!

Unless you choose to decline, you get MBs with every onsite reservation. I don't know about the luggage tags.

Bands are included with the room. Luggage tags are included as part of the package.
