I used them once a couple of years ago before FP+. My question is.... do I have to wait until these tickets arrive to get the ticket number so I can enter them on MDE? My oldest son (college) has decided to join us for a late March trip. We have AP's and I will need to get him a ticket. If I have to wait for delivery of the tickets I will just buy thru Disney. I was wondering if UT will send you the ticket numbers as soon as you purchase them. Anyone know?? TIA :)

1. That's the primary way of doing it.
2. You can ASK them.

Just ordered from them on the 7th. I emailed them after the order was placed. They emailed my a photo copy of the back of the actual tickets they send you. they only do that when order is processed and ready to ship which was the 11th. I received the tickets the 14th. the 7th was a Sat, 11th was Wed and 14th a Sat.

I ordered tix from them yesterday and choose the "e-mail me my tickets" delivery option rather than the send hard tickets in the mail option. Today I got an e-mail from them with a printable voucher. I had the option to take it to Disney will-call to exchange it for hard tickets or enter the code from the voucher on MDE where it says "Link tickets." I did this so I could make FP+ reservations right away. The tickets are attached to each person's account, so they can be used with the magic bands, and I don't have to go to the ticket booth at Disney. Hope that helps. You do have to have magic bands to do this.

I was curious as to why more UT customers would not choose this method of delivery (because it looks like it would be a
great advantage over waiting for the tickets to arrive.)

I see, however, that if you DO choose the "e-mail delivery" at UT, the tickets are non-refundable at that point.

If UT customers select to have their tickets delivered by mail, guests can decide to return them for a refund, if the WDW trip is somehow cancelled or changed significantly.

Unless you actually tear open the plastic bag they are in....or enter them into MDE, then they are non-refundable according to the paperwork I got with ours last week.

I am not familiar with the email vouchers but I received my tickets about 10 days ago (received 6 days after ordering). There's a 5% restocking fee if you order hard tickets and need to return them. However, printed on the sealed package within the mailing envelope it states: "FOR DISNEY TICKETS: Once you set up your RFID profile you will no longer be able to return or exchange them"

Yup. Sounds right to me.

If UT customers choose the "e-mail delivery," the tickets are non-refundable at the time the order. is made.
