Purchasing tickets for my BWV stay!

I plan to buy 10 day MYW PH tickets, but i'm not sure how to do it. I want the tickets to be coded to my room keys.

We arrive around 3:30 p.m. and will be goint to epcot for dinner. When I check in can I purchase tickets then or do I need to go to the concierge desk? Do I need to find a ticket counter?

This is our first DVC trip and we usually purchase tickets with our room.

Any help would be appreciated.

P.S. We aren't purchasing Annual Passes because we won't be back within the year.

When I purchased a MYW ticket for my niece last year at BWV, we had to go to the conceirge desk. They put it on her room key (actually they gave her a new key).

are you saying I can purchase the tickets at the concierge desk and have them applied to my room key? Or do I have to buy them in advance and then have them added to my room key at the concierge desk?

You can purchase them there at the concierge check right after you check in and they will put them on your room keys.

Its cheaper to purchase them in advance, and the best deals are usually through the mousesaver's newsletter. They can still move them to your room key - though sometimes it takes a little while in terms of vacation time to have that done.
