Purchasing magic bands

MY friend is going with me this week - she ordered the standard plastic card passes from AAA. She want to purchase magic bands on arrival. ( im a dvc member & have my bands) where can she buy these when we arrive we are staying At saratoga springs would they have them there for sale?

Is she staying in your room with you? Put her on your reservation and she will be shipped one for free. If she is not on your room reservation she can't use EMH either.

I saw them in shops all over the place. Big displays with all the add ons you can buy for them as well. I'm guessing the SSR gift shop probably has them. I think the bands were $12.95.

Wait, if she's on your reservation, she will get a band a check in. (I see someone else said that now.)

Is it worth buying magic bands at all if you're not staying on property and don't have Memory Maker?

Then add her voucher number (the ticket number on the back of the AAA card ticket) to your MDE. She will then have her ticket attached to a magic band and her band will ship with your band.

Edited to add... oh, you're going this week. I would still add her ticket number to your MDE. You can get her a standard grey magic band at resort check in.
