I am interested in purchasing a Disney topiary when I am there in March. Does anyone know where they might be available? I am guessing a store at the Marketplace. Thanks. Gail
There should be a garden shop on the Marketplace side of DTD.
I remember seeing the topiaries in a walkway between the shops on the same side as the bath shop.
They turned that area into the discount Mickey area. Where they sell things $10 and under (I think that was it). It was open on both ends and between two closed up buildings.
I got one last year in Disney during the F&G festival in DTD. They also had them in Epcot though. The place that makes them is www.noahsarktopiary.com if that helps. They have it listed as a standing mouse.
When I was at Disney in Sept-Oct 2004 and Jan 2005 I could not find any topiaries...so if you do find them there will you post back where you found them? That garden store in DTD use to carry them, but if Oct they had nothing there at all...that is where they use to have those cute little mickey orange and palm trees as well and those cannot be found anymore either (although I did find them at the MCO airport giftshop!).
Mickey orange trees and palm trees? I'm not sure I remember these. Wait, did they com is a small box with a window? I don't remember what the "catch" was - what made them "Mickey" trees (just the packaging, I guess).
