Purchasing BWV & BCV

I want to buy a couple of contracts (200 points a piece) at ONE of the 2 Epcot DVC properties... I wanted to buy resale but I've heard that Disney is buying up alot of contracts from both properties... Is this true?

Anyone that could put a little light on this would be great!! Many thanks!!

You can get great resale deals at the timeshare store (sponsor here on these boards) or GMAC.

There is also a ROFR thread here that will tell you what people have recently purchased and what they paid. You can see what Disney has purchased back and what contracts passed.

I am sure that Disney is always using ROFR when it is to their advantage. That doesn't mean that you wan't find a good listing on any of the various brokers. The Timeshare and GMAC have already been suggested, there is also ***********. I have heard good things about them all, and a few grumblings about GMAC.

We bought BWV though the The Timeshare Store (board sponsor), Robert Machado took great care of us and I would recommend him to anyone.

I bought AKV this week. I did have the option to buy BWV and BCV directly fom disney. However because these properties had no special incentive offers, they were more expensive than AKV even though they expire 9 years sooner than AKV.
