Hi
We will be staying at royal pacific for one night so we can do the two parks in one day. We want to purchase Our tickets the night we arrive so we can hit WWOHP straight away the next morning What time does the ticket box close or can we purchase at hotel :confused3

You can purchase them online, choose kiosk pickup, and then pick them up at the kiosk in the hotel.

You can't purchase the tickets at the hotel but if you buy online, you can choose electronic pickup and use the ticket kiosk. That will save lots of time.

We will be in Disney and want to do a day at Universal. Are their any good rates for just one day. The kids only want to do one park on that day. We are staying at OKW so they will need to drive over for the morning. Is it best to be their at opening to do the Harry Potter park area. Any help would be great. Will be their mid Oct. of 2011.

You aren't going to find many discounts for one day tickets...theme parks don't usually discount unless you're staying several days.

Purchase your theme park tickets either online and print them out before you depart, or by phone and print them out at the kiosk located in the RPR lobby using your credit card and confirmation number anytime of the day or night. If you buy your multi-day tickets at the gate or at the RPR concierge, you will be charged an additional $20 per ticket (there is no additional cost for a one park/one day pass purchased at the gate or hotel). You will also have to register at the RPR before you go to the theme parks so you can receive your room key cards to access the Universal Express lines. The hotel will call or text you later in the day with your room number and activate your key cards remotely. This avoids having to return to the RPR and wait in line to check in all over again.

:eek:I called royal pacific and the person at the ticket desk assured me I could buy my tickets there for the online price. We will be staying two nights there. Is this not true?

I forgot to ask can you upgrade base ticket to power annual pass for non florida resident and would you have to use it first? This will be our first trip. Everything is so different from disney. Thanks:)

As I indicated in my previous reply, there is no additional cost for a one day/one park pass if purchased at the gate or hotel. However, multi-park passes are an additional $20 each if purchased at the gate or hotel and therefore should be purchased either online or by phone in advance.

You can upgrade any time. Universal doesn't make you use it first. You get what you paid for it in the upgrade.

You won't find any discounts on one day tickets, so buy them wherever it is most convenient. I'm not sure what time you are arriving at night, but the ticket person might not be there to sell you tickets at the hotel. The kiosk at the hotel is always open, however. You must purchase online to be able to use the kiosk.

this is true.
use the kiosk at rph.
it is located all the way at the end of the lobby, past the check in section.

you can't miss it.

buy the tickets from concierge at that section.
it will be the same price as online.

you can use your ticket to get into the park.

before you leave that day from the park, go to the guest services that is located inside the park.

you can upgrade there.

if you leave the park, you will not be able to do the upgrade based on that day ticket.

and, listen to damo.
damo is always right................:goodvibes
