Any rumor as to when the current incentives will end?

Anyone want to speculate on whether the next incentives will be better or worse? My guess is that this will be as good as it gets for GCV. I hope I'm wrong, because I'd like to buy, but am not in a position to do that for a while. Struggling with whether we want to buy at GCV or buy some land for a lakehouse. Lakehouse is winning in DHs book.

I heard that they are scheduled to change August 10th. Not sure what is coming next though (I wish I knew as we are debating adding on 125 points and like the current incentives).
