What a suspenseful update.

When we were there in February, everyone we passed had either Dream ears or Dream fastpasses. We got ears.
This visit, we saw the Dream Squad out only once- at the end of Toady on Friday morning. We didn't see hardly anyone wearing fastpasses or ears.

That's cool you got ears. We'd never won anything and I always said it was ok. That just being there was "dreamy" enough for me and I didn't need to win. And I'd almost convinced myself that I believed that!
But it was our last day before our passes expired, I had no clue when we'd be back as a family and I really, really wanted to win something, anything just to make our last day even more special.

Hi there! I'm glad you've been reading along. I've taken so long to update, I feared I'd lost most of my readers. LOL

I have to say it was kind of fun to just meander around and snap random shots here and there. That's not anything I've ever really done before. We are usually rushing from here to there.

Thanks! That was taken on the bridge leading to Snow White's wishing well. I was kneeling down and shooting upwards. I'm tellin ya, I had to act really engrossed in my picture taking!

Thanks for continuing to read along everyone.

I just wanted to share that my mom is coming to Vegas. She lives in MI, but has been in CA this past week dealing with some family matters, and is arriving here by bus tonight.

She'll be here until Tuesday morning, which doesn't give us long to visit so I'm not sure how much time I'll be online. I'm going to take her to the Bellagio to see the creepy tree dude. The kids are going to make Christmas cookies with her tomorrow. I've got my tree up and the kids tree up. Mine is decorated already, but the kids want to wait and decorate their tree with her. So I have Thanksgiving and Christmas up in my house right now.

I've been cleaning and baking today. I made some apple crisp and those pumpkin muffins like the one we bought at Blue Ribbon Bakery. I used the recipe posted on the Disneyland AP website. YUM!
So basically we are trying to cram two holidays and some sight seeing all into two days. LOL

I promise I will update more on Tuesday afternoon.

I'm not a big baker. I tried to make chocolate chip cookies today but we didn't have any flour. I used a package of pumpkin bread mix in my cupboard for flour. It worked!

LOL We went to the Strip last night and while we were at a stop light, one of those moving billboards pulled up next to us with three half naked women on it advertising for "Girls direct to your room." This was my mom:
