This is a follow-up question to my thread on Walker to Scooter Pick-up. Looking at the parking map I see the Pumbaa parking area across from the Guest Drop-Off area. I drove and looked for Pumbaaa last night. Granted, it was @ 11 PM and I was tired so I might have missed it. Here are my questions: Does the Pumbaa exist? Is it very big? Does it have handicap parking? Does it fill-up fast, say if I got dropped off at 9 AM at the Guest Drop-Off? Since the Guest Drop-Of area looks like a pretty good walk for me using a walker, can my wife drop me off and pick me up in the ART System Hub, which appears to be but a very short walk to the Scooter rental area?

I would say no, this area is closed to guest vehicles. you might try parking in the toy
story lot, disabled parking is very close to where you load the bus.

Does the Pumbaa exist?
Yes. It's on Disney Way. You can usually only enter from the East (from the I5 not from the park), so if you're coming from the park you'll have to either make a U turn on Clementine or a big circle by going W on Harber to Katella, Left on Katella, Left on Clementine, Left on Disney Way. Parking is on right.

Not all that big. It's usually overflow to parking structure. It's not always open, but it's usually open on high use days. Yes it has handicap. There's a bus that goes between the lot and the drop off. How fast it fills up depends on when it opens. It's usually not the first lot to open.

You could drop your wife off at the 15 minute guest drop off then turn right on Harbor (S) from the lot and go to Pumbaa.

Rent a chair or ECV from the equipment location at Ramada Inn on Harbor.
you used to be able to park there for $10 a day and then you have the ECV tog et to the park, DTD or wherever you want to go
