Pullout Couches - Which resorts have the best? worst?

I'm anxiously awaiting the roll-out of murphy beds, but in the meantime, which resorts have the best and worst pull-out couches in terms of comfort?

The current ones at SSR only have foam pads on the pull-out that are like 6 inches deep. Super uncomfortable.
BLT wasn't terrible, but had the metal rod in the middle.

Personally, I prefer any of the resorts that have the single Murphy under the TV to any of the sofa beds.

The metal rods...ugh! We stayed a couple nights at a Poly studio several years ago and as I recall the pullout wasn’t too bad at that point, but I can’t remember the setup.

My kids sleep on them so I have no idea, haha. They've never complained though - they all weigh under 50 pounds.

My kids are teens/tweens now, and certainly don’t hide their opinions, or eye-rolls.
Plus I have one of each sex so we need a separate spot for each of them.

They are all terrible. But kids can sleep on them. Adults cannot.

I have slept on the SSR new foam ones, I did not have any issues. 6ft tall 200lbs. FWIW

FAIR! My two boys share a bed when necessary. Daughter gets the pull down 5th sleeper in the studio

This was 2 years ago, so age may have set in by now, but I slept like a baby on the pullout couch in the BLT studios, and I was weighing a good 250 then.

The Kidani pullout couches are so uncomfortable that last year three of us squished into the bed to avoid it.

Thanks for the heads up. We are staying at Kidani for our next trip, but luckily in a 2BR this time.

AKV, both Kidani and Jambo - even my kids complained about how uncomfortable they were. We probably just got lucky at SSR a few wks ago (or the preferred sections don’t get as much turn over), but no complaints.

Kids had no complaints about the one at BCV. I only sat on it here or there so I can’t comment on how comfortable an adult would be sleeping on it.

I actually thought the old BWV pull outs were somewhat comfortable (and I have spent as many as 12 nights in a row sleeping on pullouts in Disney). The new BWV couch pull outs are terrible. I have been on GFV, BLT, SSR and AKV. Doable but not by any means comfortable.

I have regularly slept on the BLT, PVB, and VGF sofa beds and have always found them to be comfortable.

I have slept on the pull out and Murphy bed at VGF and thought they were fine.

The ones at Grand Californian are a actually very comfortable.

My 11yo complained quite a bit about the pull-out couch at AKV Jambo last month. She can be a bit princess-and-the-pea, so I tried it as well, and the "mattress" can't be more than 3 inches thick, and a bit worn, so you can definitely feel the metal bars running across. Really disappointing because as a family of 3 we don't need a 2BR, but there are so few resorts with a real second bed (or Murphy) in the studios and 1BR. Thank goodness she still fits on the pulldown bunk and our next trip is in a Poly studio.

Does anyone know if it's confirmed that all studios and 1BR - not just SSR - are getting Murphy beds in the future?

BLT, AKV and OKW all have the twin sized sleeper chair in the living room of the one bedroom and larger. No need for the Murphy bed.

Plus it could be difficult to put an additional bed in the OKW or BLT studios. OKW because of the layout of the villa, BLT because it is just too small. CCV is set with four in the studio and one bedroom. No murphy bed there at all.

I found the one in our Poly Villa to be very comfortable but the one at WL was not.
