Pulled Pork...How Do You*recipe added*

Thanks Tinkerbelles! Can I ask what portions of the spices you used for the BBQ sauce?

I read an article in Southern Living (a magazine that is really popular here)
that says that the pig on the sign of the BBQ place is a good signal of how good the restaurant is.
First of all there needs to be a pig on the sign
Secondly it was even better if the pig was doing some kind of human task. Not down on all fours. Also the pig needs to be wearing clothing.
So if there is a pig on the sign and the pig is doing something like cooking or driving a tractor and wearing overalls or an apron-it is supposed to be really good pork BBQ ;)

yes, I do to taste...but start at 1/2 teaspoon and work my way up to 2 tsp....go by your taste
3 cups of ketchep- 1cup brown sugar and 1 of the maple


I would just like to add, that I cannot take any credit for this recipe...a co-worker gave out this ..and it is just to awesome to not make it known!!!
