The beds are approximately 64" X 30" with a mattress that is thinner than a traditional mattress. People of different heights have varying reports of whether they were comfortable or not. I'm 5'2" and am not confident I would be comfortable in that bed. I think it is really meant for younger children and tweens.

My wife is about 5'6" and of average build, and she wasn't really comfortable on the pull out bed in CBR. However, it was perfect for my 7 year old son.
Yes, it's really for kids only. I'm 5'2" and didn't find it comfortable. If it's one night only, sure it works but if it's for a few nights or more, it's not really good. My kids are now teens and my 14 yo is my size and she slept on it and she asked if the next time she could have a real bed. Imo they're less supportive than a disney pull out sofa and those are pretty bad. A twin inflatable can def fit between the first bed and the door but not so sure with the scooter too. You may have to juggle locations at bed time to make it work.
Those beds were never intended for adult use (not comfortable), and 5'6" is a push. I would look into other options, considering you also need space for a scooter.
