CAn you give me athe address of the Publix nearest Animal Kingdom Lodge?

I don't know the address, but it's really easy to get to.

From AKL's driveway, make a right at the 1st stoplight (Sherberth Rd). At the next light (US-192), make a right onto 192. From there, make a right at the 3rd light (Orange Lake Town Center), and the Publix is right there in that shopping center. About a 7 minute drive.

Here's a map to help you. Orange Lake Publix via Sherberth is #20 Publix on 192 is #146 AK Lodge# 41. Sherberth Rd is the red line. Just follow that to 192 (about a mile) and turn right and Publix is a couple of miles on your right.

I know this thread is 3 years old, but can you tell me if this particular Publix sells beer, wine, champagne? Or if there is a liquor store attached to or near it? Thanks!

It does sell beer/wine/champagne. Not sure if there's an adjacent liquor store, though, in case you were looking for, well, actual liquor

There is also a Super Target (with a full grocery section) right across the street basically from the Publix on 192. They have a good selection of beer and wine. We were just there last week and it took about 5 minutes from the Kidani where we were staying and I think their prices are cheaper than Publix.

Hi-- I know this is an older thread, but does anyone know whether you can walk to the Publix by Animal Kingdom? Based on the map, it looks pretty close. It is $18 each way by cab...

I would not recommend walking. It's quite a distance and 192 is a very busy road.

Agreed. The back ends of the two properties are fairly close but you're not talking about an area w public access. I'd call a cab if you really need it.

I love walking, but this is just too far on roads that aren't walking friendly.
Here's a map...when you turn right onto 192, it's about 2 miles to the Publix (on the right) Target right across the Hwy.
