Publix? Directions?

Sorry to post this, as I know its been asked a million times...but the search function is turned off right now and we leave tomorrow.

Could someone give me directions to Publix? We'll be staying at BWV. I know how to get to Goodings and Winn-Dixie, but don't really like either of those stores...and now that I'm used to shopping at Publix I'd prefer to go there.

Thanks so much! And if anyone happens to have directions to Target as well, my 8yo ds with a $20 burning a hole in his pocket will be very greatful....he's learned that he'll save money if he buys his Bionicles at Target rather than the Lego store!

Make a right out of the BWV at the Security Gate onto Epcot Resorts Blvd. At the light (Exxon on Corner) make a left onto Buena Vista Drive. At next light, make a right onto Victory Way. Follow around until you hit the light at WWoS. At this light make a left onto Osceola Parkway. Follow Osceola Park off WDW property. You'll see the Gaylord Palms hotel after passing over Route 4. At the light at the Gaylord Palms, make a right onto International Drive South. The Publix is ahead on the left about 3/4 mile down the road. It's about a 5 minute drive.

There is also a new Publix next to the Premium Outlet Mall. From Downtown Disney, make a right onto Hotel Resorts Blvd, right on 535, left on Vineland (next light), about a mile down the road, past the mall.

Just curious....have you been to that new Publix by the Premium outlets? I drove by it when we were there a couple weeks ago, but we had already done our grocery stop at Albertson's on Orange Blossom. That store is really starting to look icky and I don't think I want to go back there again. I'd like to try the new Publix the next time we go.

The nearest and easiest to reach Target is near the Millenia mall. I-4 east to Conroy exit. Follow the signs for the mall (take a right off the exit ramp). At the light where you would turn right for the mall, take a left (toward BJ's and several other shops). Target will be on the left. It is a SuperTarget.

The Publix by Premium Outlets is nice, but a little small. If you want to go in the other direction, and find a larger, better stocked store, follow the Disney signs for AKL. At the intersection just before you enter the AKL property take a left on to Sherberth Rd and follow it nearly to 192. Just before it intersects 192 take a right on to Black Lake Rd. This road runs parallel to 192 (you are heading west) follow Black Lake until it comes out to 192. Taking a right (still heading west) get on 192 and travel just a short way to a Publix on the right (near Orange Lake). This Publix is larger, cleaner and has a very good selection. It is geared toward the visitor instead of the local population so the variety is very good. There is a wide array of prepared foods.
