I have done it total call including hold was 24 minutes
I had an exisiting reservation but I did downgrade from CRO to ASMO Pref , but I may bump back up yet but I figured it will be easier going up then down as I have learned from the past,

I had exsisting Ressies but had to be switched to the POP. So now we are:
Me, DH, DD17, DD15, and DD10

It is easy on line. Make sure you go to special offers. You know you in the right place because the date in the box shows Aug 24, the first date for free dining. Also, be careful to check what they give you for tickets and ins. sometimes online waterpark and hopper and a length of stay ticket is automatically selected. You will need to deselect those options if you don't want them. You need to have at least one day base, that is min required to get free dining.

I am on hold to see if I can extend a wl std view room and it is showing not available online for my dates. I have free dining with visa and just want more dates. I either have to re book wl woods or keep what I have with visa. I am holding on some off chance that there is more inventory for std rooms with the live booking...

I called the 877 number first thing at 7 on the dot. After 10 minutes on hol, I got bored and found the thread for online booking, so I went there and hung up the phone once I got what I wanted!

ASMovies Sept 4-11! 2 adults, 2 kids and one infant: $1027!

My dreams unlimited agent emailed me that she upgraded our reservation to include free dining. So it will be 14 nights CBR sept 20th to oct4th 2 adults, 1 child.

We went ahead & booked online before 7:00. We'll just call & cancel our existing res., when we can get thru.

We got: WL woods view, 8/31-9/7, 7 day p.h. & FREE DINING for DH & me! $2667.34. (we did take the trip insurance, just in case)

Got through right at 7am...was prepared to hit all prompts quickly, got through those and BAM...I got a CM...NO HOLD AT ALL!!! Got to keep my current reservation 2 rooms at POP (preferred) for Sept 4-9....I was completely finished by 7:15am...so excited I cannot contain myself!!!!!

WOOT! Got mine! Called at 1 minute til 7. Held for about 10 minutes. She changed existing ressie (9/19 - 9/24) with no problem, didn't even have to give her the code, she just asked where I got my code and I said online. I asked if they were busy this morning (knowing they were) and she said yeah - slammed - we have 156 people waiting in the cue right now since 7 AM! She was very nice! I believe she said her name was Debbie.

I got on the board at 5:50 and seen where someone made reservations online so I went straight to site and made my reservations within minutes and got my 1st choice. Pop Century Sept 20-27 with Deluxe Dining! So Happy!

I am soooo bummed right now! I booked a while ago, and I have been calling since Monday (Disney Visa Holder) at opening and have been told consistently that they hadn't made the 2 BR villas available for the offer. Today I called again, and she tells me they've all been booked up because disney visa card holders have been able to call since Monday. I told her my little story, but she apologized that she was showing they were all booked up. I know it's not her fault. I still can't believe that they all went while I was on hold!!!

We're going no matter what, but I would've liked to have saved my family and my brother's family a good chunk of change!

So far on hold 50 minutes. I called at 7:00. My family thinks I am nuts as I am singing the songs on hold while making lunches for school! At least it is peaceful here - older 2 kids are off to school and younger 2 are still sleeping!

Got through after 25 minutes waiting. No more family suites avalible so I had to get connecting rooms at the all star movies. They said since the kids out number the adults ( 2 adults and 3 kids) they will guarentee connecting rooms.
I picked there to have more room instead of going to POR.
Still on hold, waiting to get confirmation number. She said the computers are jammed up.

Called right at 7:00 and was on hold for about 1/2 hour. We were already booked at POFQ King bed, but there were none available when I called, so now its POP preferred w/ a King request. I'm a bit dissappointed, but at least i'm saving money and that doesn't happen that often at Disney
