Here's how you can get to Sea World via the public bus (Lynx system).... At the Disney Ticket & Transportation Center (TTC), board link #50 at 00:18 or 00:48 minutes past the our. As you board, deposit $1.25 in correct monies for each fare. This bus will take you to Sea World.

Just be sure to tell the driver that you want to get off at SeaWorld main entrance!! We thought the people in front of us had. Whatever they told the bus driver, it sure wasn't the main entrance!! We had a 15 minute walk back to the entrance!!! We figured that that was the way it was supposed to be, until we asked someone where the bus stop was as we were leaving. Right across the street from the parking lot!!! So, be sure to tell the driver.

WOW! I didn't know this was possible! Are there busses that take you to any other non-disney places, like Universal?

How long is the ride? And do we catch the same one back to TnTrans. center?

The ride is 20 minutes on the LYNX bus... not far at all.

The trick is to get to the TTC. From most Disney resorts, you can take the bus to the MK or Epcot, and then take the Monorail to the TTC.

Yes, you can take the bus to Universal, but it's a bit more complicated that getting to Sea World. You'll have to make two transfers. However, it's still the same price - $1.25. You just have to remember to ask the driver for the transfer for each bus connection.
http://www.golynx.com/fares/body_linklist.cfm This is the Lynx bus site that services the entire Orlando area.
You can email them with questions about any destination and they will get back to you with the answer within 48 hours.
You can even take the bus from MCO to WDW for $1.25!

you could take the #50 out of the TTC to the Downtown Orlando Bus Station (note: this will close around NOV 2004) when you get there transfer to the #21. the number 50 parks in lane 1 the number 21 is in lane 4. I'm sure there are other combinations to get to universal this is the simplest one.

to get back from seaworld it is the number 50 but be careful to get on the bus heading to disney. when you get off the bus going to seaworld ask the driver where the stop is for the return trip back to wdw.

Wow, that is a great price. I never would have thought to go that route. Thanks for pointing that out.

Thanks for the tip. Does this bus make many stops between Disney and Sea World or does it go straight through?

Theres one or two stops in between, but only if someone presses the Stop Requested chime. Speaking of which, don't forget to pull the cord for the SeaWorld stop, otherwise the driver might not stop! :)

The LYNX schedule claims that the trip will be around 20 minutes. This is usually the case, give or take traffic.

talk to the driver as well and sit in the front of the bus let him know (before leaving the parking space) where you want to go most of the drivers that drive the route 50 and 56 are very friendly and expeirenced drivers for LYNX.
