Has anyone used Public Bag Storage at FLL post cruise? I see on FLL's website that it is available at each terminal but the number listed rang until I got a message that the voice mailbox is not set up.
Just wondering if anyone has experience using it and what the cost is and the process. We have a late afternoon flight and are looking for someplace to drop our bags while we explore and maybe grab a bite of lunch outside the airport.

Nope.

Bags to Go

Checking reviews, it seems the actual service is fine. It’s getting the correct information that seems to be a challenge. Specifically, the location(s) of the drop-off. If you tap “Get Started,” you get this info:

One drop-off location. On an earlier page on their website, they list drop-off in multiple terminals. They seem to have extended the days of service to everyday (used to be only around the weekend).

All complaints stem from limited hours or only the one location.

Look for a coupon. The booking site has a place for a coupon code.

If you are unsure about pre-booking, maybe wait and try for drop-off without a reservation? Or maybe your airline has a Skycap that will accept bags early?

Thanks! When I searched them I was getting the feeling that they were two different companies; Public Bag Storage vs. Bags to Go. The information for Public Bag Storage was where they indicated drop off at various terminals. I wasn't getting the warm and fuzzies that every time I called I got a message that said there was no voicemailbox set up and to try again later. The limited hours are fine as we fly out by 5, I just was hoping they were reputable and dependable.
