Anyone know if it includes tip or not? I'm trying to estimate costs.

I did the Blue Bayou Fantasmic Dining Package last year. I just dug out the receipt, each meal cost $61 ,at the end gratuity of $21.96 was added on to the total, as well as $6.64 tax

um actually was not just me, I was with friends so it was just over 15% tip!
