Pssporter or tour guide Mike?

I just used TGM for our first trip to WDW based on the recommendations I read here, and I was very pleased. I looked at the Passporter at the bookstore but didn't think I really needed it for a three day trip. If we were going for a 7-10 day stay I would have bought it for sure, to keep my memories organized if nothing else.

There were some pages on TGM that were reserved for "future info" that I was a bit disappointed to see, but overall I think it was worth the money. I used the touring plans and we did not wait in any significant lines whatsoever, NONE!!

I have owned the UG, the Passporter, and for our last trip, TGM.

I am definitely a TGM convert. We went the week before Christmas and I was seriously looking for effective touring plans and which park/which day information.

Mike could tell you which park would be busy on which days, and he updated that information up to one week before we left. We followed his touring plans step-by-step, and never waited more than 10 minutes in any line, at any time. We were never overwhelmed by crowds, we saw everything we wanted, swam in the afternoons, etc. I felt his touring plans were more well thought out. You didn't criss-cross the park (the way the UG used to do - not sure if they do any more), you do all of one Land and then move on.

We have just chosen our dates for our November, 2005 trip, and I will be resubscribing to TGM.

If you plan to go during a busy time, you NEED TGM.
