We are in DL April 29th to May 6th, (ie 'off season') and I am wondering how important it will be for me to make ps's for our meals. We are doing two character meals, which I plan to make ps's for (I know, I know, should've done it weeks ago
....), but, for example, if we are planning to go to the Plaza Inn on a Friday night around 5:30 or 6 for dinner, are we gonna be waiting in line forever? Just how busy are the restaraunts? Should I make ps's for everywhere we plan to go, just in case?
The only reason I hesitate to make too many ps's is because I am not sure I am willing to commit to eating at an exact time. We sort of 'roll with the punches' as a family when we are out together - if the kids are hungry at 4, we eat at 4, if they've snacked all afternoon, we wait and eat at 7 - it all depends on our day.
What do you guys think? Ps's galore, or just wing it??
