PS's for December Made Yahoo!!

Well, the CM at Disney Dining is saying that indeed that if you don't have an LTT PS, you will not be allowed into the park any earlier than 7:00 pm, unless you have ticket media other than the MVMCP ticket alone. So, we will keep the LTT that we have now on 12/14. I was told that LTT is the only restaurant that will have an admission exception made for entry prior to the 7:00 pm start time of MVMCP. I asked if I had a Crystal Palace PS for 5:00 pm and showed up at 4:30 pm at the gate with a MVMCP ticket what would happen? She said I would not be allowed in without a hopper or general admission.

You can do whatever you want. Whatever makes you feel better.

I was just trying to relieve others fears as I believe this CM might be wrong. CMs at Disney Dining said the same thing last year and the year before and it turned out not to be true. Even this year, many CMs at Disney Dining have said the opposite of what you are saying. If you did a poll as to what CMs said to each party goer who asked whether they'd be let it with just a PS and their party ticket, I'd bet you get a variety of answers.

I wanted those who could NOT get LTT but could get the other restaurants not to worry too much as I believe they'll have no problems getting in.

I was sharing my experiences for the last 3 parties I went to since 2000. Never needed any ticket other than MVMCP/MNSSHP when I entered after 5:00p regardless of where I was eating...they didn't even ask at the turnstile why I was entering the park. They had a special line for party goers entering and scanned only my party ticket and gave me a wristband. Things can certainly change, but from my experience, I doubt it.

Everyone enjoy your meals where ever they may be and if you couldn't get in to LTT and are eating else where in the MK, don't worry too much as I'm pretty sure you'll be let in to eat with just your party ticket. :teeth:

PS...we'll probably hear from MNSSHP goers on their experiences next month! Maybe we should place bets??

Hey Mommy Poppins.... we'll be at Chef Mickeys on the 13th too(at 10:00)!!

Our PS is for 7am as that is the morning we are leaving. Our flight leaves at 10am I believe. I am still trying to see if we can switch to a later flight, but don't want to pay the ticket change fees!

We're lucky, we got a 3pm flight to PVD so we can suck up every bit of Disney Magic that we can!!

Some of you have done a LOT of planning. It seems like I read here (a while back) that PS for early December were not really necessary except for CRT, HDDR, Cal Grill, etc - but if possible call the morning of or day before to get a PS. Any thoughts on this? A couple of years back we went in early Feb without any PS and didn't have any problems..

Tammy -- I get PSs for almost any place that will take a PS just to be safe. I know a lot of people would disagree with this, but I feel much better having them. I enjoy the planning so much --- even meal planning. Half of the fun for us is eating -- it's an entertainment factor for us. I'd be so disappointed if I couldn't get into a place I want to go because I don't have PSs.
