PSs are made (final resort changes done a while ago)
waiting for Aug park hrs - hoping within next few days
What do you plan next? park strategies?

IKnow what you mean. 2 months from now we will be hitting the MK.

We are also pretty much planned like you. Now it gets long because it's still too early to pack, haven't received our final docs yet.......

As for the park visiting strategies, I just decided on which attractions we are going to head for at park opening....There are too many things that can happen during a day for me to start planning when we will be visiting each attractions.

I have started thinking about a packing list....one for my carry on also ( using DME).

Thank goodness for these boards....I would drive my whole family crazy if I couldn't get my daily Disney fix!

Keep in mind that once the August hours are posted they are by no mean solid. They most likely will be adjusted and tweaked many times before your trip. So keep a close eye on them and be prepared to change your PS at a moments notice. I've done this on my last two trips (January and May) and am presently still tweaking my July trip as the evening EMH changed last week for most of July (changed the AM MK and added another PM MK). And, of course, as you may know, the evening later PS times will open up about 3 weeks prior to your trip or the night you want to dine.

I would plan your park strategies. Unlike nluvwithmickey, I plan my whole day. Time I get up, when we leave the room, where we are eating breakfast, when we arrive at the park, the order of the rides and shows we are going on, when we leave for a break, when we get back... I look at this schedule as a guide. Although we try to follow it, if something else comes up that we want to do we do it. I have found that we see a lot more things and do a lot more things with the schedule than without it. At the end of the day we are tired, but it's a good tired.

WDW cost too much to stand around Main Street trying to figure out where to go first.

Have a great time! :Pinkbounc
