As I sit here in the Race Retreat Tent at the WDW Marathon (waiting for my runner, DH), it is sorta nice to read these words about footsteps, ya know?! Pretty cool. I hope God will be with all the racers today as the struggle through 26.2 miles in this beautiful FL weather!

My friend and I were just talking about the marathon yesterday - he ran the 1/2 a couple of years ago, and my DH and I went to Florida to cheer for him.

I can't even begin to imagine the hurt you must be feeling, but I am glad that by sharing God's Word, you can find some comfort.
The Word of God is so many things, and probably one of the greatest is that it is such a comfort when nothing else can help.
I'll keep you in my prayers, that God will continue to provide for you what you need to not only keep going, but to find a joy that only He can give, in spite of such a difficult loss.
