PSA - Vodka and Red bull

I wrote on the Biggest Loser thread that Rebecca sounded like she had been indulging in vodka and red bull. She sounds just like an acquaintance who goes for that combination at parties. There's nothing more obnoxious than a hyper drunk.

I can definitely keep up with the rest of them when it comes to booze, but I stay away from mixing Red Bull and liquor. I'm not willing to risk the dangers.

You mean Jager bombs? Ask my DH and he will tell you that he and Jager don't speak anymore. The bottle from 3 (maybe 4) years ago is still in our fridge. He didn't have that many so nothing horrible happened but he paid for it for a couple of days.

In all seriousness though be very careful about mixing alcohol with energy drinks. Even if you think you are young and invincible.

Mixing an energy drink in like trying to drive with the pedal to the metal with the emergency brake on and pressing the brake all at the same time. Eventually, you are going to burn up your motor/your body.
