PS with MS

Hey, help me out! I have been a member for 2 years and I didn't realize you can make a PS thru Member Services. Do they call for you? What's the deal?

They just do it while you are on the phone, like if you called WDW-dine.

Is there any advantage to using MS for PS? Would it be easier to use them to get a spot at Cinderella's for example?

How about getting an Illuminations cruise through MS?

Well since MS isnt open until 9am, est,and closed on weekends, I wouldnt wait to call them for something like CRT or illuminations cruises.

Well...I don't know about something as popular as CRT, but when my family and I were down last December I wanted to make a last minute PS for Crystal Palace. A call to WDW Dining didn't yield me a PS at the time that I wanted. A call to MS secured me my PS at the time I wanted. I don't know if MS has a block of times, and WDW Dine has other time blocks, and maybe some overlap?

All I know is that MS was able to get me a PS when WDW Dine wasn't.

Some food for thought, although with CRT I wouldn't wait for them to open in the morning. Call WDW Dine on your first available day to do so.

They very well could have a block of dates/times just for MS.
When we had our last minute trip Nov/Dec 02 we got both Chef Mickey's and O'Hana's the day before. Actually I think O'Hana's was the day of.
