PS vs. EE

Do you think it's better to schedule an early PS for breakfast at a park on an EE day? I can't decide if we should eat breakfast early (on the days we eat in parks) or if we should get some attractions out of the way first then eat a late breakfast around 10:30. Also, how early can you make a PS on an EE day? For example, if we plan to go to MK on an EE day, do the breakfasts start around 7ish that morning or 8, when EE starts? If this is the case, should we eat at 7, then do EE all morning until it gets crowded then leave? We're visiting over NYE so we're trying to figure out the best way to see what we want to with the lowest crowds. It doesn't matter to us what time we eat in terms of being hungry, since we can always grab a snack if it's better to eat a late breakfast. We've never been there when it's crowded before so any help as to what to expect would be great. Thanks!

When we were there in June (w/o EE) we had PS at 9:45am at CRT. We were at rope drop at 9am and got most of Fantasyland finished. (Pooh, Dumbo, PeterPan & Small World) We also had FP for Pooh for another ride. Our other breakfast PS was at Chef Mickey's on our Epcot day, because I don't feel the need to get there very early. I hope I helped some, have a great vacation. :)

since you are going over NYE, I would definitely choose a later breakfast in order to take full advantage of EE. If you tried to do an earlier one you might end up rushing so you could get out to the attractions. This way, you do some attractions first and then when it starts getting really crowded you get to go sit down, relax and enjoy the atmosphere:)

Whichever you decide, I hope you have an awesome trip!

You could also opt for an early seating for a character meal lunch. We did this one EE day at MK. We were there right at opening, got lots accomplished and then went over to Tony's for our 11:30 Pooh & Friends lunch.

Or you could also schedule an early breakfast ps on a non-EE day. This also worked to our advantage. We did Cindy's at 8:25 on a non-EE day. After our meal, Fantasyland had just opened up and we were able to hit all of our main objective rides (ie. Dumbo, Peter Pan, Winnie) w/o a wait!

On EE days I much prefer a late b-fast. We grabbed something lite in our room (ie. muffin, pop tart, granola bar) and made full use of EE. EE is the best touring time, so I'd wait until 10:30 for b-fast. Afterwards I'd park hop.

We always do a late Breakfast w/POOH(10:15-10:30) at the Crystal Palace when we go to the MK. Be sure to make a PS this place is popular! This serves as a Breakfast/Lunch for us we just grab a snack midafternoon if hungry. Enjoy!! Joan:smooth:
